Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Traveler Deco, each item is made to order, specially created just for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items

Most of our products are custom-made and printed on demand, including personalized designs (such as custom city names, airport codes, maps, coordinates, or text).

For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Color preferences
    • Design choices approved at checkout
    • Personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer

Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after and cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do offer replacements or refunds if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • With a printing error
  • Different from what was ordered (wrong item received)

What to do:

  1. Contact us at info@travelerdeco.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with:

  • Your local post office
  • Neighbors or building management

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a solution when applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

Order Cancellations

Because all items are produced on demand:
